The commemoration coincides with the legislative elections, a scenario that reflects the importance of strengthening political participation and renewing popular legitimacy, as one of the pillars of the institutional reform path and consolidating democratic practice.

The restoration of national sovereignty reflects a path of political, economic, and social reforms.

On the social level, Algeria continues to emphasize the preservation of the state's social character by implementing measures including improving wages, expanding the social protection system, creating grants for various groups, and reviewing a number of social benefits, with the aim of improving citizens' living conditions.

Economically, the country continues to work on diversifying its economy by launching projects in the mining, renewable energy, industry, agriculture, transport, and water infrastructure sectors, in parallel with financial and tax reforms and accelerating digital transformation, as part of efforts to strengthen economic independence and enhance the national economy's ability to face challenges.

On the legal and institutional front, Algeria has taken steps to modernize the legislative system and digitize the justice sector, in line with economic, social, and technological transformations, enhancing administrative efficiency and protecting rights and freedoms.

The state has also paid attention to the scientific dimension by enhancing the utilization of Algerian competencies residing abroad, considering them a pillar for supporting national development and keeping pace with scientific and technological transformations.
