The city is preparing Meknes, Morocco To host the activities of the Arab World Festival for International Cultural Creativity in its fourth edition for the year 2026, during the period from July 2 to 5, within the framework of efforts to strengthen cultural and artistic ties between Arab countries and consolidate the values of brotherhood and creative cooperation.
The city of Meknes is preparing to host the fourth edition of the Arab World Festival.
The festival is organized through a strategic partnership between the Al Jamea Foundation for Culture and Arts and the Moroccan Center for Culture and Creativity, under the slogan “From Baghdad to Rabat, brotherhood grows, and Arab creativity blossoms,” which reflects the depth of cultural communication between the East and the West, and emphasizes the importance of building a common Arab space for the exchange of experiences and creative visions.

The event is expected to attract a select group of writers, artists, and intellectuals from various Arab countries, as official invitations have been extended to prominent intellectual, literary, and artistic figures to participate in the seminars, poetry evenings, and cultural events that will take place over four days.
This session is being organized by Mr. Jaafar Najm, the festival president, and Mr. Muhammad Shakhman, the festival director, as part of organizational preparations aimed at presenting the event in a way that reflects its Arab cultural status.
The festival aims to promote cooperation among Arab creators, highlight the Arab and Moroccan cultural heritage, support young talents, and open intellectual discussions on issues of literature, art, and contemporary Arab thought in light of current challenges.
It also seeks to create an interactive space that brings together various Arab creative experiences, contributing to the exchange of experiences and the development of the shared cultural landscape. The festival is expected to receive broad Arab and international media attention, given the importance of the participants and the diversity of its cultural and artistic programs, which enhances Meknes’ position as one of the most prominent cultural centers in the Arab world.
