Some exams caused anxiety among students.

At Elissa Private High School, student Rokiatou Marani expressed her great happiness after her success, confirming that some exams caused anxiety among students, but she managed to pass them successfully.

She said, “Thank God. Because some issues were worrying us. Everyone was talking about them. But in the end, God showed his mercy, and I was accepted!”.

For his part, graduate Benjamin Nasa expressed his aspiration to complete his studies abroad, with the aim of acquiring advanced skills and experiences, then returning to serve his country and perhaps the African continent. He said, “My academic year was so busy that I could no longer keep up with the lessons at one point. I had to review a lot of material; I was greatly affected. I would like to travel and train, then return to work in my country.”.

Messages of support and encouragement for students

The day's atmosphere was not limited to celebrating the successful, but also carried messages of support and encouragement for students who were not as fortunate. Issa Waidraogo, the father of one of the outstanding students, called for not giving up, emphasizing that failure does not determine a person's future. He said, “Those who did not succeed did not deserve it. Perhaps they were not lucky. But I wish them a lot of courage and to try again next time.”.

Amidst tears of joy, great ambitions, and upcoming challenges, the success of the 2026 Baccalaureate class marks a pivotal moment for a generation preparing to contribute to building the future of Burkina Faso... cited from le360.
