تدين جمهورية Egypt العربية باشد العبارات الاعتداءات التي استهدفت مملكة البحرين الشقيقة باستخدام مسيرات إيرانية، باعتبارها انتهاكاً لسيادة البحرين وتهديداً لأمنها واستقرارها، وتصعيداً مرفوضاً يقوض جهود خفض التوتر في المنطقة.

وتؤكد مصر أن هذه الاعتداءات تأتي في توقيت تمضي فيه الجهود الإقليمية قدماً نحو ترسيخ مسار التهدئة والاستقرار، بما يستوجب الامتناع عن أي أعمال من شأنها تأجيج التوترات أو تقويض المساعي الرامية إلى تعزيز الأمن والسلام الإقليميين.
إدانة مصرية للاعتداءات على البحرين
وتجدد مصر تضامنها الكامل مع مملكة البحرين وكافة الدول الخليجية الشقيقة، ودعمها التام لكل ما تتخذه من إجراءات للحفاظ على أمنها واستقرارها، وتؤكد أنها تقف إلى جانب مملكة البحرين في مواجهة كل ما يهدد أمنها وسلامة أراضيها.

وفي سياق منفصل، تدين جمهورية مصر العربية بأشد العبارات الخطوة غير القانونية والمرفوضة المتمثلة في إقدام ما يسمى إقليم أرض الصومال على افتتاح سفارة مزعومة له في مدينة القدس المحتلة، في انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية ذات الصلة، وبما يمثل مساسًا مباشرًا بالوضع القانوني والتاريخي لمدينة القدس المحتلة.
Egypt affirms its complete rejection of any unilateral measures aimed at consolidating an illegal reality in occupied Jerusalem or granting legitimacy to any entities or arrangements that violate the rules of international law and relevant United Nations resolutions, reiterating that East Jerusalem is occupied Palestinian territory since 1967, and that any steps aimed at changing its legal and historical status are null and void and have no legal effect.
Egypt also emphasizes its full support for the unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Somalia, and its complete rejection of any unilateral actions that affect the unity of Somali territory or diminish its sovereignty.
Earlier, the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, condemned in the strongest terms the news that the breakaway region of “Somaliland” intends to open an embassy in occupied Jerusalem with Israel.
The Secretary-General described this move as “legally invalid in every respect,” and an unacceptable provocation to the Arab and Islamic worlds, while also warning of the serious consequences of Israeli penetration into the Horn of Africa region.
