The President of the Republic dissolves the board of directors of the South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation and appoints a new one.

أصدر رئيس جمهورية جنوب السودان، Salva Kiir ميارديت، أمرًا رئاسيًا قضى بحل مجلس إدارة هيئة جنوب السودان للبث، وتعيين مجلس إدارة جديد للإشراف على الهيئة.

وبموجب الأمر الرئاسي، تم تعيين الجنرال بيتر وال رئيسًا لمجلس الإدارة، وأقنيس واسوك نائبًا للرئيس، فيما عُين جون مادول، المدير الإداري لهيئة جنوب السودان للبث، سكرتيرًا للمجلس.

In another context, authorities in South Sudan's Upper Nile State have launched a project to rebuild the facilities of the state-owned radio station in Malakal city, aiming to restore government radio broadcasting services that were suspended due to years of conflict.

UNESCO is implementing the reconstruction project in partnership with the South Sudanese government and funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
