Deputy Foreign Minister meets with envoys of the Ghanaian President and representatives of Ghanaian business organizations and investors

The Egyptian Embassy in Accra organized an extensive meeting between Ambassador Mohamed Abu Bakr, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptians Abroad, with the envoys of the Ghanaian President, his senior advisors, and a number of representatives of business organizations, trade and industry associations, and Ghanaian investors.
This came with the participation of Ambassador Wael Fathi, the Egyptian Ambassador to Ghana, where the Egyptian preparations for hosting the first African Business Forum in the new city of El Alamein were reviewed. The forum is scheduled to be held on the sidelines of the African Union’s mid-year summit next October with broad international participation.
Ghanaian Projects Presentation
Ambassador Abu Bakr stressed that the forum provides an opportunity to showcase the Ghanaian experience and the projects that the country aims to establish in the presence of international partners and business organizations from across the continent, as well as international financial institutions, banks, and global media, in addition to learning about other development experiences, especially modern Egyptian national projects, and discussing current economic and social challenges.
