The New Administrative Capital: A gateway for Egyptian-Mauritanian real estate cooperation

Egypt offers its expertise in the "New Administrative Capital" to Mauritania to enhance cooperation in the real estate sector.

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement on its official website that the meeting included a detailed presentation of Egypt’s experiences in managing and developing real estate assets, including the experience of moving ministries and government agencies to the new capital, in addition to highlighting the pivotal role played by Egyptian national companies in implementing this huge project.

The Egyptian ambassador stressed Cairo’s keenness to transfer its accumulated expertise to the Mauritanian side, especially in light of the long track record of Egyptian companies in implementing major construction projects according to the latest standards.

The New Administrative Capital project is a culmination of Egypt's expertise in real estate development.

For his part, the Mauritanian minister expressed his country’s aspiration to strengthen bilateral cooperation with Egypt in the fields of real estate and real estate reform, praising the tangible successes achieved by the Egyptian experience, and stressing that the New Administrative Capital project represents the culmination of these experiences.

The statement indicated that the meeting concluded with an agreement to continue coordination and communication between the two sides during the next phase, in order to support and develop joint cooperation in the real estate and real estate reform sectors.
