Sudanese students in South Sudan began taking their Sudanese Certificate exams in Juba today.

During his speech at the event, the Sudanese Ambassador to South Sudan, Essam El-Din, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the government for its usual support to the Sudanese population residing in South Sudan after the Sudanese crisis, calling on the students to do their best and achieve good results.

In the same context, the Sudanese school in the Mauritanian capital Nouakchott launched its certificate exams today, April 13, which represent an important stage of the educational path in Sudan.

The Sudanese Certificate Examinations in Nouakchott commenced under the supervision of His Excellency Ambassador Abdul Hamid Bushra, Chargé d'Affaires of the Sudanese Embassy in Mauritania, and in the presence of the Chairman of the Technical Committee for Sudanese Certificate Examinations in Mauritania, His Excellency Counselor at the Sudanese Embassy, Ahmed Mohamed Al-Sheikh.

The head of the technical committee for the certificate exams explained that the Sudanese certificate exams are being held in Nouakchott for the first time this year, as Mauritania is expected to become a center for the Sudanese certificate exams for West African countries in the future.

In turn, His Excellency Ambassador Abdul Hamid Bushra expressed his thanks to the competent Mauritanian authorities, the Sudanese Ministry of Education, the teachers, and the parents for the facilities they provided that contributed to creating a suitable environment for holding the exams in Nouakchott in good conditions.
