President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi met today with Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production, Major General Amir Sayed Ahmed, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Urban Planning, and Major General Mohamed Rabie, Chief of Operations of the Armed Forces.

Speed of execution and accuracy are the foundations of the success of national projects.

The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic stated that during the meeting a number of files and topics related to the activities and tasks of the armed forces, and their efforts in completing national projects, within the framework of their role in the path of development and modernization, in cooperation with all ministries and state bodies, to raise the efficiency of public services, which paves the way for the implementation of the state’s development vision, and contributes to achieving sustainable development plans.

Ambassador Mohamed El Shenawy, the official spokesperson, added that President El Sisi stressed the importance of quickly implementing the various phases of national projects across the country, while adhering to the principles of accuracy and technical efficiency, to achieve the desired goal of providing a decent and dignified life for citizens throughout Egypt.

In this regard, Sisi praised the efforts made by the Egyptian state and its national institutions to confront the challenges arising from successive global and regional crises, expressing his pride in the contributions and sacrifices of the armed forces personnel in carrying out all the tasks and duties assigned to them to preserve the homeland and protect its national security.
