Trabzonspor has finally reached an agreement in the long-running transfer negotiations for the player, amid great anticipation for the official announcement of the deal, according to the Turkish website 61saat.com.
Mohamed Salah is expected to arrive in Trabzon tomorrow evening, where reports indicate he will wear the number 11 jersey with the maroon and blue team.
Printing 100,000 shirts
Given the great interest in the Egyptian star's name, reports indicate that the club has printed 100,000 shirts in preparation for the expected public demand.
According to reports, the transfer deal will be announced during a special event that will also involve global sponsors active internationally.
Trabzonspor plans to hold a signing ceremony for Mohamed Salah at Babara Park, where the deal, described as one of the biggest signings in the club's history, will be presented to the public in an event expected to generate widespread interest in Turkey and the football world.
The international star is expected to leave Mykonos for Istanbul at 8:30 AM, and arrive in Istanbul at 10:30 AM.
Holding a reception
A reception will be held for Mohamed Salah at 12:00, before the player undergoes a medical examination, and then signs his official contract in the club president's office.
Mohamed Salah is scheduled to travel to Trabzon at 7 pm, accompanied by the president of Trabzonspor, Ertugrul Dogan.
The club, which wears maroon and blue, will also hold a grand ceremony to sign the player's contract at Barbara Park Stadium on Thursday.
