The President of the Republic of Chad, Marshal Mohamed Idriss Deby Itno, paid a surprise visit this morning, June 22, 2026, to the construction project of the modern clinic belonging to the National Social Security Fund.
This field visit, which falls within the framework of the approach to governance close to the citizens adopted by the President of the Republic, allowed for a close look at the progress of this project, whose work has continued for seven years.
During the visit, the President inspected the various stages of completion, reviewed the quality of the equipment and facilities, and ensured that the approved technical standards were respected and that the project's deadlines were adhered to.
