In this context, the Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Algeria, Boualem Boualem, held talks with the Director of the Office of the President of Chad, Mohamed Saleh Aziz, in addition to a meeting he had with the Chadian Minister of Finance, Budget, Economy and International Cooperation, Tahir Hamid Nguilin, to discuss mechanisms for financial and economic cooperation between the two countries.









Algerian Minister of State and Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, and Minister of Mines, Mourad Hanifi, also held a meeting with the Chadian Minister of Mines, Petroleum and Geology, where the discussions addressed investment opportunities and the development of partnerships in the energy and mining sectors.
Strengthening diplomatic relations
On the diplomatic front, Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf, accompanied by the President’s Advisor for Diplomatic Affairs, Amar Abba, held talks with his Chadian counterpart, focusing on strengthening coordination on regional issues and supporting African integration.
The visit included bilateral meetings covering a number of vital sectors, as Interior Minister Said Saïd met with the Chadian Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, and Higher Education Minister Kamal Badari held talks with his Chadian counterpart, in addition to a meeting between Health Minister Mohamed Sidiq Aït Messaoudane and his Chadian counterpart to discuss ways to develop health cooperation.
Economic partnerships
On the economic front, the Algerian Ministers of Industry and Foreign Trade held meetings with the Chadian Minister of Trade and Industry, with the aim of strengthening trade exchange and encouraging joint investments, in addition to discussing opportunities for cooperation in the fields of agriculture and rural development.
The talks also included youth and sports, with Youth Minister Mustafa Haidaoui and Sports Minister Walid Sadi meeting with their Chadian counterpart, in addition to meetings in the media sector between Communication Minister Zouheir Bouamama and his Chadian counterpart, as well as discussions in the field of public works and infrastructure.
