ZOOM AFRICA NEWS website officially launched

Producer Hisham Suleiman participated in the website launch event Zoom Africa News ZOOM AFRICA NEWS, the first media platform specializing in African affairs, with the attendance of a number of Egyptian and African officials and experts.
During a speech on the sidelines of the ceremony, Hisham Suleiman stressed that launching a platform specializing in African affairs represents a great step, noting that choosing the name “Zoom” reflects the idea of getting closer to the African continent in a deeper way, after years of dealing with it from a distance.
He explained that the basic idea of the platform is to provide a closer and more detailed view of each African country, by addressing its capabilities and resources, as well as discussing the challenges and problems it faces, thus allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of the African reality.
He added that African media needs platforms capable of going into detail, rather than just providing general coverage, stressing that this step could open new horizons for cooperation and knowledge among the peoples of the continent.
He considered that the platform represents a serious attempt to provide specialized content that contributes to bringing viewpoints closer together, and highlighting the particularity of each African country separately, in a way that serves media and knowledge exchange within the continent.
ZOOM AFRICA NEWS website officially launched
Today, a website launch ceremony was held. Zoom Africa News ZOOM AFRICA NEWS officially, in the presence of a number of Egyptian and African officials and experts specializing in African affairs.
The conference was attended by a host of officials and experts on African affairs in Egypt, headed by the Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs, Ambassador Karim Sharif, former Foreign Minister Ambassador Mohamed El-Orabi, and a number of Egyptian and African officials and public figures in Cairo.
For her part, journalist Sally Atef, Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Editor-in-Chief, announced the launch of the ZOOM AFRICA NEWS website in three languages, Arabic, English and French, to be the first African portal for news.
