The committee confirmed the adoption of specific academic standards for selecting beneficiaries, requiring a general grade of no less than 12 out of 20 for admission to majors in basic sciences, technology, engineering, agricultural sciences, and medicine. A minimum grade of 16 out of 20 has been set for applicants to medical colleges due to the high level of competition for this specialization.

According to the data presented during the meeting, the National Center for University Works received 171 applications from Baccalaureate holders for the year 2025. The applications were reviewed based on the approved eligibility criteria. The number of scholarships allocated will be completed with the applications of those who pass the 2026 Baccalaureate session, in accordance with the regulations approved by the committee.
