America launches an attack on Iran and the latter begins its raids on the Gulf states.

The United States launched an attack on Iran early Sunday in response to an Iranian attack on a ship in the Strait of Hormuz, which set a container ship ablaze and forced its crew to abandon it.
And it seems that Iran retaliated with attacks targeting Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.
The strait has become the main point of contention in any further negotiations between Iran and the United States to find a permanent end to the war that began on February 28.
New escalation in the Persian Gulf
This new escalation in the Arabian Gulf comes after U.S. President Donald Trump indicated that the interim agreement and ceasefire in the Iranian war have “ended.”.
The U.S. military's Central Command announced that it struck approximately 140 targets in the strikes, far exceeding the number of targets hit in the previous two rounds.
Before the war broke out, about one-fifth of the total oil and natural gas traded passed through the strait. Iran's control over it during the war led to a global energy crisis, although oil prices have fallen sharply since peaking at $120 a barrel during the war.
America targets 140 sites within Iranian territory
The U.S. military's Central Command announced that it struck approximately 140 targets in the strikes, a number far exceeding the targets in the previous two rounds. The strikes targeted missile and drone launch sites, ammunition depots, communication equipment, and other locations.
The statement added that the attacks “weaken Iran's ability to attack civilian sailors and commercial ships transiting the strait freely.”.
