In the established traditions of nations, high honors are not bestowed simply for holding a position, but rather when performance becomes truly noteworthy, and when public service becomes a noble value deserving of celebration and recognition.

I also extend my appreciation to Ambassador Mohamed Ait Ouali, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco in Cairo, who presented this honorable medal in a scene that reflects the depth of mutual respect, deep-rooted affection, and well-deserved appreciation that binds the two brotherly countries.

When an honor bestowed by a king, in a nation with a long and distinguished history, upon a man who has faithfully fulfilled his mission, it speaks volumes.
