الطيران المدني بجنوب السودان يعلن نقل الرحلات الدولية بمطار جوبا للمبنى رقم 3

أعلنت سلطة الطيران المدني في جنوب السودان (SSCAA)، بدء الانتقال التدريجي لعمليات الرحلات الدولية من المبنى رقم (2) إلى المبنى الجديد رقم (3) بمطار جوبا الدولي، وذلك عقب الافتتاح الرسمي للمبنى في 16 يوليو 2026.
أوضحت السلطة في إشعار عام صادر بتاريخ 21 يوليو 2026، أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن خطة التشغيل الكامل للمبنى الجديد وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمسافرين.
وذكرت السلطة، أن شركات الطيران الدولية ستنقل عملياتها تدريجيًا وفق جدول تشغيلي معتمد، كما سيتم توفير حافلات لنقل الركاب بين مباني المطار والطائرات عند الحاجة، لضمان انسيابية الحركة وسلامة المسافرين خلال فترة الانتقال.
ودعت المسافرين إلى الالتزام بالإرشادات داخل المطار واتباع توجيهات موظفي الطيران وشركات النقل الجوي.
أكدت سلطة الطيران المدني، أن تشغيل المبنى الجديد يمثل محطة مهمة في مسار تحديث وتطوير مطار جوبا الدولي، بما يسهم في تعزيز البنية التحتية وتحسين معايير السلامة والأمن ورفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمسافرين وشركاء قطاع الطيران.

وفي وقت سابق، دشّن رئيس جمهورية جنوب السودان، الفريق أول سلفا كير ميارديت، اليوم الخميس، رسميًا مبنى الركاب رقم (3) بمطار Juba InternationalAfter the completion of its construction, in a step that is considered an important milestone in the development of the infrastructure of the civil aviation sector in the country.
The president explained that the building project began 17 years ago and was scheduled to open on the eve of Independence Day, but the project faced multiple challenges that prevented it from being completed on time.
He stressed that the opening of the new building will enhance the capacity of Juba International Airport and provide better services for international travelers, contributing to the modernization of the aviation sector and improving air traffic in South Sudan.
President Kiir expressed his gratitude to all parties who contributed to the completion of the project despite the challenges it faced, considering the opening of the building an important step towards modernizing the infrastructure of the aviation sector.
He also called on the government agencies concerned with public procurement to conduct sufficient studies and due diligence before awarding contracts, stressing the need to prevent development projects from being disrupted due to weak contracting procedures.
He noted that the opening of the new passenger terminal reflects South Sudan’s continued progress on the path of development, and invited international investors to enter into partnerships with the country and contribute to the development of the aviation sector.
