La ministre d'\u00c9tat charg\u00e9e des Affaires f\u00e9minines a tenu une r\u00e9union \u00e0 gouvernement libyen<\/strong><\/a> Intisar Aboud a tenu, au Cabinet du Premier ministre, une r\u00e9union \u00e9largie qui a rassembl\u00e9 les bureaux de soutien et d'autonomisation des femmes dans divers minist\u00e8res, secteurs et organismes, en pr\u00e9sence de Khairiya Al-Farjani, membre du Conseil municipal, et de Nadia Al-Bakoush, pr\u00e9sidente de l'Union des femmes de Benghazi et de sa banlieue, ainsi que de plusieurs directeurs de d\u00e9partements et de bureaux charg\u00e9s des affaires f\u00e9minines, de la famille et du d\u00e9veloppement communautaire.<\/p>\n

Le gouvernement libyen \u00e9tudie des moyens de renforcer l'autonomisation des femmes et d'activer des bureaux de soutien au sein des institutions et des minist\u00e8res.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9union : la directrice du D\u00e9partement des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et handicap\u00e9es du minist\u00e8re des Affaires sociales, Dr Laila Al-Awjali ; la directrice du D\u00e9partement de la famille et du d\u00e9veloppement de l'enfant, Anda Al-Faydi ; la directrice du Bureau des femmes de la municipalit\u00e9 de Benghazi, Hadeel Al-Oraibi ; la directrice du Bureau des femmes du minist\u00e8re de la Fonction publique, Ahlam Al-Tarhouni ; la directrice du Bureau des femmes de la Fondation libyenne des m\u00e9dias, Sumaya Al-Bu\u2019aishi ; la directrice du Bureau de l'administration \u00e9lectorale de Benghazi, la professeure Hanan Al-Kawafi ; la directrice du D\u00e9partement de la planification et de la formation de l'Acad\u00e9mie Green Mountain, Najwa Khalil ; le directeur du Bureau des femmes de l'universit\u00e9 Omar Al-Mukhtar, Dr Fawz Idris ; la directrice du Bureau des femmes de l'universit\u00e9 de Tobrouk, Shaima Abdul-Qadir ; et la directrice du Bureau des femmes de l'Autorit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour l'\u00e9quitation, le th\u00e9\u00e2tre et\u2026 Arts, Fatima Najm, la directrice du d\u00e9partement des affaires f\u00e9minines de l'Autorit\u00e9 nationale des cheikhs et des notables de Libye, le Dr Amal Buqshata, et la directrice du bureau des femmes du Parti de la dignit\u00e9 libyenne, Mona Shabeek.<\/p>\n

La Libye place l'autonomisation des femmes au sommet de ses priorit\u00e9s.<\/h2>\n

Au d\u00e9but de la r\u00e9union, le ministre a salu\u00e9 les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par les bureaux de soutien et d\u2019autonomisation des femmes dans diverses institutions, ainsi que leur r\u00f4le actif dans la promotion de la participation et de l\u2019autonomisation des femmes \u00e0 tous les niveaux.<\/p>\n

Dans son discours, elle a affirm\u00e9 que le minist\u00e8re s'efforcera, au cours de la prochaine phase, d'activer les bureaux des femmes dans divers minist\u00e8res, secteurs et organismes, afin de renforcer leur r\u00f4le institutionnel et de contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le niveau de performance et de coordination entre les parties concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Elle a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 que le minist\u00e8re entend mener une \u00e9tude et une enqu\u00eate dans les prochains mois, dans le but de comprendre les lacunes, les d\u00e9fis et les obstacles auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les femmes actives, et de travailler \u00e0 l'\u00e9laboration de solutions et de mesures correctives qui contribuent \u00e0 les soutenir et \u00e0 les autonomiser dans leur milieu de travail.<\/p>\n

Au cours de la r\u00e9union, la directrice du cabinet du ministre, Mme Manal Kamel, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail les travaux et programmes les plus importants r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le minist\u00e8re au cours de la p\u00e9riode \u00e9coul\u00e9e, en plus de passer en revue le plan de travail et les programmes pr\u00e9vus pour les prochains jours, ce qui contribue \u00e0 renforcer la coop\u00e9ration et \u00e0 intensifier les efforts entre les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes afin d'atteindre des objectifs communs en mati\u00e8re de soutien et d'autonomisation des femmes et de service \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l\u2019issue de la r\u00e9union, les participants ont formul\u00e9 plusieurs recommandations que le Minist\u00e8re s\u2019efforcera de mettre en \u0153uvre lors de la prochaine phase. Ces recommandations visent \u00e0 renforcer le r\u00f4le des bureaux de soutien et d\u2019autonomisation des femmes et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des m\u00e9canismes de collaboration entre les institutions, afin de r\u00e9aliser la vision du Minist\u00e8re qui est de soutenir et d\u2019autonomiser les femmes libyennes dans divers domaines.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
