Le Dr Badr Abdel-Aati a re\u00e7u Ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res<\/a> Coop\u00e9ration internationale et \u00c9gyptiens de l'\u00e9tranger, Hanna Tetteh, Repr\u00e9sentante sp\u00e9ciale du Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Nations Unies en Libye et Cheffe de la Mission d'appui des Nations Unies en Libye, le jeudi 21 mai.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9union a notamment permis d\u2019\u00e9valuer les r\u00e9sultats des contacts visant \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre la crise libyenne. Le ministre Abdel-Aati a soulign\u00e9 le soutien de l\u2019\u00c9gypte aux mesures prises par la mission de l\u2019ONU, insistant sur l\u2019importance de mener \u00e0 bien simultan\u00e9ment les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles et l\u00e9gislatives, ainsi que sur le retrait imm\u00e9diat des forces \u00e9trang\u00e8res, des mercenaires et des combattants \u00e9trangers de Libye afin de garantir le r\u00e9tablissement de la souverainet\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n

Lors de la r\u00e9union, le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res a soulign\u00e9 l'importance capitale que l'\u00c9gypte accorde \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 de la Libye, insistant sur le fait que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la Libye fait partie int\u00e9grante de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale \u00e9gyptienne. Il a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la position ferme de l'\u00c9gypte en faveur de l'unit\u00e9 et de l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du territoire libyen, et a insist\u00e9 sur l'importance d'un r\u00e8glement politique fond\u00e9 sur le principe de la pleine souverainet\u00e9 libyenne, afin de permettre aux institutions de l'\u00c9tat de jouer pleinement leur r\u00f4le et de r\u00e9pondre aux aspirations du peuple libyen fr\u00e8re \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 et au d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, l'envoy\u00e9e sp\u00e9ciale de l'ONU a salu\u00e9 l'\u00e9troite coop\u00e9ration entre l'\u00c9gypte et la mission onusienne, se f\u00e9licitant notamment de l'accueil par le Caire des r\u00e9unions du m\u00e9canisme tripartite des pays voisins et du soutien r\u00e9gional qu'il apporte \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9. Elle a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l'engagement de l'ONU \u00e0 poursuivre sa coordination avec l'\u00c9gypte afin d'assurer le succ\u00e8s du processus politique et de consolider la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans toute la Libye.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00c9gypte, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et la Tunisie affirment leur plein soutien aux efforts de la mission de l\u2019ONU en Libye.<\/h1>\n

Le Dr Badr Abdel-Aty, ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, de la Coop\u00e9ration internationale et des \u00c9gyptiens de l'\u00e9tranger, M. Ahmed Attaf, ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la Communaut\u00e9 nationale \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger de la R\u00e9publique alg\u00e9rienne d\u00e9mocratique et populaire, et M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, des Migrations et des Tunisiens de l'\u00e9tranger, ont \u00e9galement rencontr\u00e9 Mme Hanna Tetteh, envoy\u00e9e sp\u00e9ciale du Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Nations Unies en Libye.<\/p>\n

Les parties ont men\u00e9 des discussions approfondies sur les derniers d\u00e9veloppements en Libye et sur les moyens de surmonter les obstacles entravant le processus de r\u00e8glement politique, \u00e9changeant leurs points de vue et leurs analyses sur la question. Les discussions ont \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur les m\u00e9canismes permettant de renforcer la coordination \u00e9troite entre les pays voisins et la mission des Nations Unies afin d'assurer l'int\u00e9gration des efforts r\u00e9gionaux et internationaux en faveur de la stabilit\u00e9 de la Libye et de la r\u00e9solution des d\u00e9fis s\u00e9curitaires et politiques auxquels elle est confront\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'occasion d'affirmer le soutien apport\u00e9 \u00e0 la mission de l'envoy\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial de l'ONU et aux efforts louables d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par cette mission pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la situation actuelle en Libye. Le ministre Abdel-Aati a soulign\u00e9 l'engagement de fournir tous les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer le succ\u00e8s des efforts de m\u00e9diation de l'ONU et faciliter le dialogue entre les parties libyennes afin de mettre en \u0153uvre la feuille de route et de mener \u00e0 bien le processus politique.<\/p>\n

Il a soulign\u00e9 l'importance d'efforts concert\u00e9s pour mettre fin \u00e0 la division institutionnelle en organisant au plus vite des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles et l\u00e9gislatives simultan\u00e9es. Le ministre a \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 du retrait imm\u00e9diat et simultan\u00e9 de toutes les forces \u00e9trang\u00e8res, mercenaires et combattants \u00e9trangers du territoire libyen, consid\u00e9rant cela comme une condition essentielle au r\u00e9tablissement de la souverainet\u00e9 libyenne et \u00e0 la sauvegarde de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale arabe.<\/p>\n
