Le pr\u00e9sident Yoweri Museveni a inaugur\u00e9 officiellement la 10e \u00e9dition du Salon du tourisme \u00ab Perle de l'Afrique \u00bb au Spec Munyonyo Resort, marquant ainsi une nouvelle \u00e9tape importante dans le renforcement de la position de l'Ouganda en tant que destination touristique de premier plan. Afrique<\/a>Cela ouvre la voie \u00e0 un lancement r\u00e9ussi du secteur touristique ougandais sur les march\u00e9s mondiaux sous le slogan \u201cL'amour du voyage<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n

Les acteurs majeurs de l'industrie touristique, les exposants et les passionn\u00e9s se r\u00e9unissent pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer la beaut\u00e9 et le potentiel prometteur de la perle de l'Afrique.<\/p>\n

L\u2019exposition, qui se tiendra du 21 au 23 mai 2026, attire des acheteurs, des investisseurs, des repr\u00e9sentants des m\u00e9dias et des acteurs du secteur touristique du monde entier. Organis\u00e9e par l\u2019Office du tourisme de l\u2019Ouganda, elle offre des opportunit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage interentreprises pour pr\u00e9senter la diversit\u00e9 de l\u2019offre touristique ougandaise et faciliter les \u00e9changes commerciaux.<\/p>\n

Le ministre du Tourisme, de la Faune et des Antiquit\u00e9s, Tom Botham, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement met en lumi\u00e8re le r\u00f4le du tourisme comme moteur de croissance \u00e9conomique, de cr\u00e9ation d'emplois et de pr\u00e9servation de l'environnement.<\/p>\n

Il a ajout\u00e9 lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d'ouverture : \u201c Le tourisme n'est pas seulement un secteur \u00e9conomique, mais un moteur de changement, car il soutient nos communaut\u00e9s et cr\u00e9e des opportunit\u00e9s de croissance. \u201d.<\/p>\n

Juliana Kagwa, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 du tourisme de l\u2019Ouganda, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cette dixi\u00e8me \u00e9dition arrive \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 le secteur touristique ougandais conna\u00eet une forte reprise.<\/p>\n

Elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201c Nous appelons le monde \u00e0 renouer avec l'Ouganda, un pays r\u00e9silient, diversifi\u00e9 et riche d'opportunit\u00e9s. C'est un moment charni\u00e8re pour que notre secteur touristique prosp\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration, \u00e0 l'innovation et \u00e0 un marketing cibl\u00e9. \u201d.<\/p>\n

Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l'exposition comprendra un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l'alimentation, pr\u00e9sentant la diversit\u00e9 de la cuisine ougandaise et refl\u00e9tant l'importance croissante du tourisme gastronomique. Les organisateurs ont par ailleurs insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les exposants d'obtenir une certification de l'Autorit\u00e9 nationale des normes de l'Ouganda afin de garantir la qualit\u00e9 de leurs produits.<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9dition 2026 sera davantage ax\u00e9e sur l'aspect commercial, les exposants devant commercialiser leurs offres et obtenir des r\u00e9servations confirm\u00e9es durant les trois jours de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Office irlandais du tourisme a confirm\u00e9 avoir contact\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t les principaux acheteurs internationaux et les sp\u00e9cialistes du secteur touristique afin de garantir une participation de haut niveau.<\/p>\n

Le complexe h\u00f4telier Spec Monyonio, qui a accueilli les sommets du Mouvement des non-align\u00e9s, du Groupe des 77 et de la Chine, sert de lieu d'exposition.<\/p>\n

Les autorit\u00e9s ont constat\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations dans l'infrastructure touristique de l'Ouganda, avec un investissement accru dans les routes, la connectivit\u00e9 et le marketing.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Autorit\u00e9 du tourisme de l\u2019Ouganda a annonc\u00e9 que l\u2019exposition vise \u00e0 stimuler la croissance du secteur touristique ougandais en promouvant des exp\u00e9riences interactives, des offres culturelles et des partenariats mondiaux, et devrait renforcer la position de l\u2019Ouganda en tant que destination touristique comp\u00e9titive et durable sur la sc\u00e8ne mondiale.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
