Le Dr Badr Abdel-Aati a rencontr\u00e9 Ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res<\/strong><\/a> Le ministre de la Coop\u00e9ration internationale et des \u00c9gyptiens de l'\u00e9tranger, le lieutenant-g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ing\u00e9nieur Kamel El-Wazir, ministre des Transports, a rencontr\u00e9 aujourd'hui le pr\u00e9sident Isaias Afwerki, pr\u00e9sident de l'\u00c9tat d'\u00c9rythr\u00e9e, pour discuter des moyens de renforcer les relations bilat\u00e9rales entre les deux pays et \u00e9changer des points de vue sur l'\u00e9volution de la situation r\u00e9gionale dans la Corne de l'Afrique et la r\u00e9gion de la mer Rouge.<\/p>\n

Le ministre Abdel-Aty a transmis les salutations du pr\u00e9sident Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi \u00e0 son homologue \u00e9rythr\u00e9en, saluant les relations historiques profondes qui unissent les deux pays. Il a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 le plein soutien de l'\u00c9gypte \u00e0 l'\u00c9rythr\u00e9e dans la pr\u00e9servation de sa souverainet\u00e9, de son unit\u00e9 et de son int\u00e9grit\u00e9 territoriale, ainsi que sa volont\u00e9 de renforcer la coop\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique et commerciale avec l'\u00c9rythr\u00e9e dans divers domaines afin de servir les int\u00e9r\u00eats communs des deux pays par la mise en place de projets de coop\u00e9ration bilat\u00e9rale. Il a soulign\u00e9 que la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation \u00e9gyptienne comprenait plusieurs hommes d'affaires et repr\u00e9sentants du secteur priv\u00e9, ce qui contribue \u00e0 consolider les partenariats dans des secteurs prioritaires, notamment les mines, les transports, l'industrie pharmaceutique et la p\u00eache, et \u00e0 soutenir les programmes de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et de formation destin\u00e9s \u00e0 qualifier le personnel \u00e9rythr\u00e9en dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs.<\/p>\n

Concernant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la mer Rouge, le ministre Abdel-Aty a soulign\u00e9 que la gouvernance et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la mer Rouge demeurent la responsabilit\u00e9 exclusive des \u00c9tats riverains, car il s'agit d'un passage strat\u00e9gique directement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale de ces \u00c9tats, et qu'aucune partie non riveraine ne peut s'engager dans des arrangements ou des ententes \u00e0 son sujet. Il a insist\u00e9 sur le soutien de l'\u00c9gypte \u00e0 la vision \u00e9rythr\u00e9enne concernant la gestion de la mer Rouge et sur ce qu'elle implique en termes d'accent mis sur l'unit\u00e9 et la souverainet\u00e9 des \u00c9tats riverains.<\/p>\n

Dans ce m\u00eame contexte, les deux parties ont examin\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation dans la Corne de l\u2019Afrique. Le ministre Abdel-Aati a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la vision \u00e9gyptienne concernant les d\u00e9veloppements au Soudan et en Somalie, soulignant la position ferme de l\u2019\u00c9gypte quant au maintien de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la stabilit\u00e9 de la Corne de l\u2019Afrique, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un prolongement direct de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale \u00e9gyptienne, ainsi que l\u2019importance de soutenir les institutions \u00e9tatiques nationales et de pr\u00e9server l\u2019unit\u00e9, la souverainet\u00e9 et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 territoriale des pays de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

Le lieutenant-g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ing\u00e9nieur Kamel El-Wazir a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 de renforcer la coop\u00e9ration avec l'\u00c9rythr\u00e9e dans les domaines des transports, des infrastructures et de la logistique. Il a not\u00e9 la disposition de l'\u00c9gypte \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer son expertise en mati\u00e8re de chemins de fer, de ports et de transport maritime, ce qui contribue \u00e0 soutenir les efforts de d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 renforcer les liens \u00e9conomiques entre les deux pays. Il s'est f\u00e9licit\u00e9 de la signature de l'accord de coop\u00e9ration dans le domaine du transport maritime et de l'exploitation d'une ligne de fret reliant les ports \u00e9gyptiens et \u00e9rythr\u00e9ens via la mer Rouge, ce qui contribuera \u00e0 renforcer la coop\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique bilat\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n
