T\u00e9moignant d'une nette am\u00e9lioration des performances de l'\u00e9conomie ghan\u00e9enne, l'agence de notation Fitch Ratings a annonc\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration de la note de cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 long terme du Ghana en devises \u00e9trang\u00e8res, la faisant passer de B- \u00e0 B, avec une perspective positive, ce qui indique une confiance internationale croissante dans la capacit\u00e9 du gouvernement \u00e0 surmonter les r\u00e9percussions de la crise financi\u00e8re qui a frapp\u00e9 le pays ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Le Ghana retrouve confiance sur les march\u00e9s internationaux apr\u00e8s l'am\u00e9lioration de sa notation de cr\u00e9dit.<\/h1>\n

Selon Bloomberg, cette d\u00e9cision t\u00e9moigne du succ\u00e8s de ce pays d'Afrique de l'Ouest dans le r\u00e9tablissement progressif de sa stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, \u00e0 la suite d'une s\u00e9rie de r\u00e9formes financi\u00e8res et mon\u00e9taires qui ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les indicateurs \u00e9conomiques et r\u00e9duit la pression sur le budget public.<\/p>\n

Fitch pr\u00e9voit que le ratio dette publique\/PIB devrait tomber \u00e0 environ 461 000 milliards de roupies d'ici 2027, contre une moyenne de 511 000 milliards de roupies pour les pays de la m\u00eame cat\u00e9gorie, ce qui refl\u00e8te une am\u00e9lioration de la gestion de la dette publique et des politiques budg\u00e9taires mises en \u0153uvre par le gouvernement ghan\u00e9en.<\/p>\n

Le Ghana a \u00e9galement enregistr\u00e9 un exc\u00e9dent primaire record de 2,91 TP3T en 2025, ce qui t\u00e9moigne du succ\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s dans l\u2019augmentation des recettes publiques et la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9penses, avec des pr\u00e9visions de maintien de ces exc\u00e9dents financiers au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es, ce qui soutient la viabilit\u00e9 des finances publiques et renforce la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 honorer ses obligations ext\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n

Sur le plan des prix, l'\u00e9conomie ghan\u00e9enne a connu une baisse significative des taux d'inflation, tombant \u00e0 3,21 TP3T en mars 2026, son niveau le plus bas en pr\u00e8s de 30 ans, soutenu par la stabilit\u00e9 de la monnaie locale, le cedi, et l'am\u00e9lioration des performances de la politique mon\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n

Dans le m\u00eame temps, les r\u00e9serves internationales du Ghana ont atteint environ 12,3 milliards de dollars, offrant au pays une couverture financi\u00e8re confortable pour s\u00e9curiser ses importations et faire face \u00e0 d\u2019\u00e9ventuels chocs externes, dans un contexte o\u00f9 l\u2019on s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que cette am\u00e9lioration se traduise par une augmentation des investissements \u00e9trangers dans la p\u00e9riode \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n
