Depuis d\u00e9but mai 2026, le pr\u00e9sident tanzanien Samia Suluhi re\u00e7oit \u00e0 Dar es Salaam des dirigeants r\u00e9gionaux de haut niveau afin de renforcer les relations \u00e9conomiques et commerciales, notamment Activit\u00e9s r\u00e9centes<\/a> Rencontres avec le pr\u00e9sident rwandais Paul Kagame et le pr\u00e9sident k\u00e9nyan William Ruto pour discuter du commerce, des transports et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n

Avant de se rendre \u00e0 Dar es Salaam vendredi, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique-Unie de Tanzanie s'est adress\u00e9 \u00e0 des citoyens de diff\u00e9rents quartiers de la ville de Dodoma, aux abords de l'a\u00e9roport de Dodoma.<\/p>\n

Samia Salouhi, premi\u00e8re femme musulmane voil\u00e9e \u00e0 diriger un \u00c9tat africain, saisit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement toutes les occasions de s'adresser au peuple pour se rapprocher du public.<\/p>\n

Des discussions sont en cours pour \u00e9tablir une raffinerie de p\u00e9trole commune dans le port de Tanga, en Tanzanie.<\/h2>\n

Les pays d'Afrique de l'Est \u00e9tudient la possibilit\u00e9 de construire une raffinerie de p\u00e9trole commune dans le port tanzanien de Tanga, sur le mod\u00e8le de la raffinerie Dangote au Nig\u00e9ria. Actuellement, l'Afrique de l'Est importe la totalit\u00e9 de ses produits p\u00e9troliers raffin\u00e9s, principalement du Moyen-Orient, ce qui la rend vuln\u00e9rable aux ruptures d'approvisionnement et aux flamb\u00e9es des prix li\u00e9es au conflit iranien. .<\/p>\n

La raffinerie recevra du p\u00e9trole en provenance de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, du Kenya, du Soudan du Sud et de l'Ouganda.<\/p>\n

Aliko Dangote, l'homme le plus riche d'Afrique, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'il pourrait lancer une raffinerie de p\u00e9trole nig\u00e9riane d'une capacit\u00e9 de 650 000 barils par jour en Afrique de l'Est, \u00e0 condition que les gouvernements de la r\u00e9gion soutiennent cette initiative.<\/p>\n

Dangote a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201d Mon engagement n\u00e9cessite un accord entre les trois ou quatre gouvernements concernant la raffinerie, et sa mise en \u0153uvre sera achev\u00e9e dans les quatre ou cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es. \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il y a deux jours, la pr\u00e9sidente Samia Salouhi Hassan a adress\u00e9 un avertissement ferme aux nouveaux dirigeants, soulignant que les fonctions de direction sont une responsabilit\u00e9 et non une occasion de se vanter, et les exhortant \u00e0 prendre conscience que leur premi\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 est de servir les citoyens avec int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et humilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Elle a soulign\u00e9 que le fait d'occuper une position de direction n'immunise pas contre toute responsabilit\u00e9, avertissant que les dirigeants qui ne servent pas efficacement le public s'exposeront \u00e0 de graves cons\u00e9quences, insistant sur le fait que le pouvoir est une charge publique qui doit \u00eatre exerc\u00e9e dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat du peuple.<\/p>\n

Elle a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le gouvernement avait commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9largir les possibilit\u00e9s d'emploi, avec plus de 7\u00a0000 jeunes qui en ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e, soulignant l'importance de prot\u00e9ger leurs droits et leur bien-\u00eatre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des cadres juridiques et \u00e0 une surveillance efficace.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident Samia a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de renforcer la relation tripartite entre le gouvernement, les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s, notant que cette coop\u00e9ration est essentielle \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 du lieu de travail et au d\u00e9veloppement national durable.<\/p>\n

Elle a ajout\u00e9 que le cabinet du Premier ministre a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper la communication entre le gouvernement et divers groupes sociaux afin de promouvoir une gouvernance inclusive.<\/p>\n
