Festus Mogae a gravi les \u00e9chelons du gouvernement, occupant les postes de ministre des Finances et de vice-pr\u00e9sident avant de devenir le troisi\u00e8me pr\u00e9sident du Botswana apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9mission de Ketomil Masi.<\/p>\n
