Kidal, dans le nord du Mali, est en proie \u00e0 des tensions persistantes suite \u00e0 une attaque lanc\u00e9e par des rebelles touaregs en coop\u00e9ration avec des groupes arm\u00e9s pour s'en emparer.<\/p>\n

Une attaque coordonn\u00e9e a vis\u00e9 Kidal ce week-end, ciblant sp\u00e9cifiquement des installations militaires \u00e0 travers le pays.<\/p>\n

Kidal est rest\u00e9e sous contr\u00f4le rebelle pendant une dizaine d'ann\u00e9es avant que les forces maliennes, accompagn\u00e9es de combattants li\u00e9s au Kremlin et op\u00e9rant d\u00e9sormais sous le nom de \u201c L\u00e9gion africaine \u201d, ne la reprennent en 2023, mais elle est maintenant retomb\u00e9e entre les mains des s\u00e9paratistes.<\/p>\n

Mohammed Mouloud Ramdane, porte-parole des rebelles touaregs, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le conseil militaire dirigeant du Mali \u201c tombera t\u00f4t ou tard \u201d.<\/p>\n

Il a not\u00e9 que cela survient dans un contexte d'escalade des attaques men\u00e9es par le Front de lib\u00e9ration de l'Azawad, parall\u00e8lement aux op\u00e9rations du Groupe de soutien \u00e0 l'islam et aux musulmans.<\/p>\n

Lors d'une visite en France, il a ajout\u00e9 que le r\u00e9gime \u201c ne pourra pas tenir \u201d, faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une attaque sur deux fronts le visant depuis le nord par le biais des forces touaregs, et depuis l'int\u00e9rieur par le biais de groupes djihadistes.<\/p>\n

Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l'objectif des op\u00e9rations \u00e9tait \u201c le retrait d\u00e9finitif de la Russie d'Azawad et du Mali dans son ensemble \u201d, soulignant qu'ils avaient \u201c remport\u00e9 toutes les confrontations \u201d avec les forces russes.<\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement, la \u201c L\u00e9gion africaine \u201d russe, affili\u00e9e au Kremlin, a annonc\u00e9 le retrait de ses forces de la ville de Kidal, dans le nord du Mali, apr\u00e8s de violents affrontements.<\/p>\n
