Le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res du Ghana, Samuel Okudzieto, a annonc\u00e9 Ablako<\/a>Le Conseil des ministres a approuv\u00e9 une nouvelle politique de visa \u00e9lectronique visant \u00e0 simplifier les proc\u00e9dures d'entr\u00e9e pour les voyageurs se rendant dans le pays pour affaires ou tourisme.<\/p>\n

Le ministre a expliqu\u00e9 que le syst\u00e8me e-Visa<\/a> Con\u00e7u pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience de voyage plus rapide et plus facile, tout en maintenant un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 rigoureux pour les candidats.<\/p>\n

Syst\u00e8me de visa \u00e9lectronique pour les voyageurs<\/h2>\n

Il a ajout\u00e9 : \u201c Le syst\u00e8me de visa \u00e9lectronique inclut les voyageurs se rendant au Ghana pour affaires et pour tourisme \u201d, soulignant que cette politique refl\u00e8te l\u2019ambition du gouvernement de rendre le pays plus attractif pour les investisseurs et les visiteurs.<\/p>\n

Cette r\u00e9forme s'inscrit dans le cadre des messages plus g\u00e9n\u00e9raux du pr\u00e9sident ghan\u00e9en John Dramani Mahama, qui a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans son discours \u00e0 la nation en f\u00e9vrier 2026 que \u201c le Ghana est de retour, au travail \u00e0 nouveau et ouvert aux affaires \u201d, positionnant ainsi le pays comme une destination majeure pour l'investissement et le tourisme en Afrique.<\/p>\n

Cette r\u00e9forme devrait r\u00e9volutionner l'entr\u00e9e des voyageurs au Ghana gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de demande de visa enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9rique, qui dispensera de se rendre physiquement \u00e0 l'ambassade ou au consulat. La plateforme devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnelle en mai 2026.<\/p>\n

Lancement d'un syst\u00e8me de visa \u00e9lectronique gratuit pour les Africains<\/h3>\n

L'une des caract\u00e9ristiques les plus remarquables de cette politique est le lancement d'un syst\u00e8me de visa \u00e9lectronique gratuit pour les voyageurs africains, qui entrera en vigueur le 25 mai 2026, date qui co\u00efncide avec la Journ\u00e9e de l'Afrique.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre du nouveau syst\u00e8me, les citoyens africains ne paieront plus de frais de visa, qui s'\u00e9levaient \u00e0 environ 150 dollars am\u00e9ricains pour un visa \u00e0 l'arriv\u00e9e, mais devront toujours faire leur demande en ligne et se soumettre \u00e0 un examen pr\u00e9alable avant approbation.<\/p>\n

Selon le gouvernement ghan\u00e9en, la suppression des frais \u201c\u00a0n\u2019entra\u00eene pas l\u2019annulation de la proc\u00e9dure de demande ou de contr\u00f4le\u00a0\u201d. Tous les voyageurs continueront d\u2019\u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s via la plateforme num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n
