Le centre a organis\u00e9 National<\/a> La recherche sur l'eau, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par l'Institut de recherche hydraulique, affili\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re \u00e9gyptien des Ressources en eau et de l'Irrigation, m\u00e8nera un programme de formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 du 11 au 24 avril 2026, dans le cadre du soutien \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration bilat\u00e9rale avec la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo et en coordination avec l'Agence \u00e9gyptienne pour le partenariat pour le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n

Le programme s'intitulait \u201c Surveillance et mesure quantitatives des profondeurs des rivi\u00e8res et des lacs \u201d. Cibl\u00e9<\/a> Transf\u00e9rer l'expertise \u00e9gyptienne dans les domaines de la gestion des ressources en eau et renforcer l'efficacit\u00e9 du personnel technique participant, afin de soutenir les efforts de d\u00e9veloppement durable dans les pays africains.<\/p>\n

Participation d'une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation officielle de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo<\/span><\/h4>\n

Le programme a vu la participation d'une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de haut niveau de fonctionnaires du minist\u00e8re de l'Environnement, du D\u00e9veloppement durable et de la Nouvelle \u00e9conomie climatique, ainsi que de repr\u00e9sentants du minist\u00e8re des Transports, des Communications et de l'Information de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, o\u00f9 ils ont re\u00e7u une formation pratique et th\u00e9orique sur les derni\u00e8res technologies utilis\u00e9es dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l'issue du programme, l'ambassadeur de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo en \u00c9gypte, Jean-Baptiste Kasongo Musenga, a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des dipl\u00f4mes qui s'est tenue au si\u00e8ge de l'Institut de recherche hydraulique du Caire, o\u00f9 il a remis des certificats de reconnaissance et des prix aux participants.<\/p>\n

Renforcer les partenariats r\u00e9gionaux<\/span><\/h4>\n

Ce programme t\u00e9moigne de la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9gypte d\u2019aider les pays africains \u00e0 renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s techniques et \u00e0 \u00e9changer des exp\u00e9riences, notamment dans le secteur de l\u2019eau, qui est l\u2019un des piliers les plus importants du d\u00e9veloppement, compte tenu des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la raret\u00e9 des ressources et au changement climatique.<\/p>\n

Cette coop\u00e9ration s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre des efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00c9gypte pour renforcer ses relations avec les pays africains, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en place de programmes de formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s qui contribuent au d\u00e9veloppement des ressources humaines et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale dans la gestion des ressources naturelles.<\/p>\n

Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019Institut de recherche affili\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re des Ressources en eau<\/span><\/h4>\n

L'Institut de recherche du Nil dirige les efforts scientifiques visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper durablement le fleuve Nil, en menant des \u00e9tudes approfondies sur le transport des s\u00e9diments, la qualit\u00e9 de l'eau, l'\u00e9rosion et la s\u00e9dimentation du lac Nasser \u00e0 la mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

L'institut \u00e9value \u00e9galement l'impact des installations hydrauliques et \u00e9labore des politiques pour la gestion durable des cours d'eau. Parall\u00e8lement, l'Institut de recherche sur le Nil s'attache \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la gestion des ressources en eau en menant des \u00e9tudes techniques sur les installations d'irrigation, le comportement hydraulique des voies navigables et la morphologie fluviale.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
