Le pr\u00e9sident ougandais Yoweri Museveni a particip\u00e9 au sommet \u201c\u00a0Construire l\u2019Afrique 2026\u00a0\u201d qui s\u2019est tenu \u00e0 Nairobi et qui est organis\u00e9 par institution<\/a> Financement africain en coop\u00e9ration avec le gouvernement Kenya<\/a>Avec la participation des dirigeants africains et des partenaires internationaux.<\/p>\n

L'infrastructure est au c\u0153ur des priorit\u00e9s du secteur manufacturier.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Le sommet se tient sous le th\u00e8me \u201c Les infrastructures comme moteur de l\u2019industrialisation \u201d, et vise \u00e0 explorer des solutions pratiques pour le financement et la mise en \u0153uvre de grands projets d\u2019infrastructure, qui contribueront \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation industrielle du continent et \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique entre les pays africains.<\/p>\n

Ce sommet r\u00e9unit des repr\u00e9sentants gouvernementaux, des investisseurs et des institutions financi\u00e8res internationales afin de discuter des m\u00e9canismes permettant de d\u00e9velopper des projets transformateurs, notamment dans les domaines des transports, de l'\u00e9nergie et de la logistique, afin de soutenir une croissance durable et de cr\u00e9er des emplois.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Ouganda, par la participation de son pr\u00e9sident, a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son ferme engagement \u00e0 soutenir une croissance \u00e9conomique ax\u00e9e sur les infrastructures, pilier essentiel de l\u2019industrialisation et de l\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale, ainsi que du d\u00e9veloppement et de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e en Afrique.<\/p>\n

Ce sommet devrait donner lieu \u00e0 de nouvelles initiatives et \u00e0 des partenariats strat\u00e9giques qui contribueront \u00e0 combler les d\u00e9ficits de financement et \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en \u0153uvre de projets essentiels, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi la position du continent en tant que destination d'investissement prometteuse dans le secteur des infrastructures.<\/p>\n

Vision et objectifs strat\u00e9giques<\/span><\/h4>\n

Le Sommet Africa We Build 2026 est une plateforme strat\u00e9gique visant \u00e0 transformer les ambitions du continent en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tangible, en mettant l'accent sur les infrastructures comme moteur essentiel de la production manufacturi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Le sommet, organis\u00e9 par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 financi\u00e8re africaine (AFC) en collaboration avec le gouvernement k\u00e9nyan, vise \u00e0 combler les d\u00e9ficits de financement des grands projets et \u00e0 localiser les cha\u00eenes de valeur afin de garantir que les ressources africaines soient transform\u00e9es sur le continent plut\u00f4t qu'export\u00e9es comme mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.
\nMobiliser les investissements et les corridors \u00e9conomiques<\/p>\n

Le sommet vise principalement \u00e0 mobiliser les \u201c capitaux immobilis\u00e9s \u201d au sein des fonds institutionnels africains et \u00e0 les orienter vers les secteurs des transports, de l'\u00e9nergie et de la logistique.<\/p>\n

Elle accorde \u00e9galement une attention particuli\u00e8re au d\u00e9veloppement de corridors \u00e9conomiques transfrontaliers, tels que le \u201c corridor Lobito \u201d, afin de promouvoir le commerce intra-africain et de faciliter la circulation des marchandises, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'emplois durables pour les jeunes et soutenant une croissance \u00e9conomique inclusive.<\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement aux infrastructures traditionnelles, le sommet de 2026 place la transformation num\u00e9rique au sommet de ses priorit\u00e9s, en abordant la question des investissements massifs dans les centres de donn\u00e9es et l'intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n
