Les rapports expliquent que le projet repose sur un mod\u00e8le d'infrastructure unifi\u00e9 qui contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d'installation des centres de donn\u00e9es tout en garantissant la qualit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 des services fournis. Ce syst\u00e8me vise \u00e0 standardiser les processus de travail et \u00e0 offrir un niveau de service identique dans tous les centres mobiles.<\/p>\n

Services gouvernementaux complets<\/span><\/h4>\n

Le service mobile couvre un large \u00e9ventail de secteurs gouvernementaux, notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n

1- Services de recettes tels que la d\u00e9livrance de cartes d'identit\u00e9<\/p>\n

2- Services aux entreprises, d\u00e9livrance et renouvellement des permis de travail<\/p>\n

3- Examens m\u00e9dicaux pour les permis de conduire<\/p>\n

4- Services d'\u00e9tat civil tels que l'enregistrement des naissances et le renouvellement des cartes d'identit\u00e9<\/p>\n

5- Services li\u00e9s aux v\u00e9hicules et renouvellement du permis de conduire<\/p>\n

6- Services de paiement \u00e9lectronique pour les services publics tels que l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/p>\n

Infrastructure technologique avanc\u00e9e<\/span><\/h4>\n

D'apr\u00e8s les rapports couvrant le lancement du projet, les bus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9s de syst\u00e8mes d'exploitation avanc\u00e9s comprenant l'\u00e9nergie solaire, des r\u00e9seaux de communication \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit, des syst\u00e8mes de surveillance et des cam\u00e9ras, en plus d'\u00e9quipements techniques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s pour assurer la continuit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 du service, apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ussite de la phase d'essai.<\/p>\n

Abiy Ahmed a soulign\u00e9 que ce projet refl\u00e8te un changement de philosophie dans le fonctionnement de l'\u00c9tat, de sorte que les citoyens n'ont plus besoin de se d\u00e9placer pour obtenir des services, mais que ceux-ci leur sont fournis directement.<\/p>\n

Auparavant, le Premier ministre \u00e9thiopien Abiy Ahmed avait inaugur\u00e9 le parc \u00e9olien Asila de 100 m\u00e9gawatts \u00e0 Itiya, dans la zone Arsi, dans l'\u00c9tat r\u00e9gional d'Oromia.<\/p>\n

Selon l'agence de presse \u00e9thiopienne, cette ferme contribue de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 l'apport d'\u00e9nergie propre au r\u00e9seau national, dans le cadre du projet \u00e9thiopien visant un avenir \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique diversifi\u00e9 et durable.<\/p>\n
