Accusations directes concernant les armes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Concernant l'Inde, Albanese a fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 des rapports indiquant la poursuite des exportations composantes militaires<\/a> \u00c0 Isra\u00ebl, il est dit que \u201c fournir des armes ou toute forme de soutien contribue \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuer cette situation ill\u00e9gale \u201d.<\/p>\n

Des reportages, notamment ceux d'Al Jazeera, ont indiqu\u00e9 que des entreprises indiennes ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 exporter des missiles, des explosifs et des composants militaires pendant la guerre.<\/p>\n

N\u00e9anmoins, la Cour supr\u00eame indienne a rejet\u00e9 une requ\u00eate visant \u00e0 stopper ces exportations, une d\u00e9cision qui, selon les critiques, confirme la poursuite de cette tendance.<\/p>\n

Une critique radicale du r\u00f4le indien<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans une analyse qui d\u00e9passe le cadre du droit pour aborder la politique et l'histoire, Albanese a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201c L'Inde et Isra\u00ebl, ou la Palestine historique, ont en commun le fait que leur formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9e par le colonialisme britannique. \u201d.<\/p>\n

Elle a ajout\u00e9\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Tous deux sont issus du colonialisme britannique. Isra\u00ebl a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 au sein de la Palestine durant cette p\u00e9riode, et aujourd\u2019hui, il est membre des Nations Unies et doit agir en cons\u00e9quence. Albanese a soulign\u00e9 qu\u201c\u201d il existe une responsabilit\u00e9 non moins grave que la responsabilit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale : la responsabilit\u00e9 morale \u201c, consid\u00e9rant la position actuelle de l\u2019Inde comme \u201d pr\u00e9occupante \u00bb compte tenu de son histoire de r\u00e9sistance au colonialisme.<\/p>\n

Elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 sans ambages : \u201c Il semble y avoir une trahison de ce pass\u00e9 dans l\u2019association de l\u2019Inde avec Isra\u00ebl \u201d, ajoutant que ses dirigeants \u201c ont choisi de se ranger du c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9 \u201d.<\/p>\n

Rapport de l'ONU : \u201c Un environnement de torture syst\u00e9matique \u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans son dernier rapport au Conseil des droits de l'homme, intitul\u00e9 \u201c Torture et g\u00e9nocide \u201d, Albanese conclut qu'Isra\u00ebl pratique la \u201c torture syst\u00e9matique \u201d contre les Palestiniens depuis octobre 2023.<\/p>\n

Elle a d\u00e9crit Gaza comme un \u201c vaste camp de torture \u201d, affirmant que les autorit\u00e9s isra\u00e9liennes \u201c ont mis en place un environnement de torture visant \u00e0 briser toute r\u00e9sistance, toute dignit\u00e9 et toute r\u00e9silience \u201d.<\/p>\n

Le rapport a document\u00e9 plus de 18 500 arrestations, dont environ 1 500 enfants, et plus de 4 000 disparitions forc\u00e9es, ainsi que l'utilisation de technologies de surveillance telles que la reconnaissance faciale et les drones pour imposer un \u201c climat de peur permanent \u201d.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la torture de plus de 50 employ\u00e9s de l'UNRWA, le ciblage de m\u00e9decins, de journalistes et de militants, ainsi que des accusations de collusion entre des m\u00e9decins de prison pour falsifier des dossiers m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n

Vers une responsabilit\u00e9 internationale ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Albanese a conclu que \u201c l\u2019ampleur et la nature de ces actes, y compris ceux commis en dehors des centres de d\u00e9tention, atteignent le seuil du g\u00e9nocide \u201d, dans le contexte d\u2019un syst\u00e8me plus large d\u2019apartheid et de colonialisme de peuplement.<\/p>\n
