Cependant, l&#039;\u00c9tat a fourni une infrastructure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour le minage de bitcoins \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, dans le but de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des devises \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la Banque nationale d&#039;\u00c9thiopie, les activit\u00e9s interdites comprennent l&#039;\u00e9change d&#039;actifs virtuels contre de la monnaie fiduciaire ou d&#039;autres actifs virtuels, le transfert d&#039;actifs virtuels, la fourniture de services de garde ou de services administratifs connexes, ainsi que la fourniture de services financiers li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9mission ou \u00e0 la vente d&#039;actifs virtuels.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">r\u00e9formes \u00e9conomiques<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>La banque a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 le fer de lance de la mise en \u0153uvre des r\u00e9formes macro\u00e9conomiques introduites en juillet 2024, notamment l&#039;adoption d&#039;un syst\u00e8me de change bas\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9, une mesure qui a conduit \u00e0 ce que d&#039;\u00e9minents \u00e9conomistes ont d\u00e9crit comme une \u201c chute libre de la monnaie \u00e9thiopienne \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La Banque nationale d&#039;\u00c9thiopie a maintenu une position prudente \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9gard des cryptomonnaies et autres actifs num\u00e9riques, soulignant que les transactions impliquant ces instruments
