Le Ghana a annonc\u00e9 la suppression des frais de visa pour les citoyens africains, \u00e0 compter du 25 mai 2026, date qui co\u00efncide avec la Journ\u00e9e de l'Afrique, dans le but de faciliter la circulation sur le continent et de promouvoir les \u00e9changes \u00e9conomiques et touristiques entre les pays.<\/p>\n

Pour que les conditions d'entr\u00e9e restent en vigueur, les demandes sont soumises via la plateforme de visa \u00e9lectronique actuellement en cours de lancement, o\u00f9 les voyageurs sont soumis \u00e0 des contr\u00f4les de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de routine.<\/p>\n

Plateforme de visa \u00e9lectronique du Ghana<\/h2>\n

Le gouvernement ghan\u00e9en a annonc\u00e9 que la plateforme de visa \u00e9lectronique sera lanc\u00e9e d'ici la fin avril, laissant ainsi suffisamment de temps aux parties prenantes, notamment les compagnies a\u00e9riennes et les voyagistes, pour int\u00e9grer le nouveau syst\u00e8me \u00e0 leurs op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, le pr\u00e9sident ghan\u00e9en John Dramani Mahama a confirm\u00e9 que cette d\u00e9cision permet aux voyageurs africains d'obtenir un visa \u00e9lectronique sans frais, via une plateforme \u00e9lectronique d\u00e9di\u00e9e, \u00e9liminant ainsi les co\u00fbts consulaires qui constituaient un obstacle aux voyages sur le continent.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9cision du gouvernement ghan\u00e9en s'inscrit dans sa strat\u00e9gie de soutien au tourisme, au commerce et aux \u00e9changes culturels entre les nations africaines, ainsi que dans sa volont\u00e9 de favoriser la libert\u00e9 de circulation sur le continent. Le gouvernement estime que cette r\u00e9forme est soutenue par un cadre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9 qui concilie ouverture et r\u00e9glementation des voyages.<\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9cision place le Ghana parmi les principales nations africaines ayant ouvert leurs fronti\u00e8res aux Africains sans restrictions de visa complexes, comme le B\u00e9nin, la Gambie, le Rwanda et les Seychelles, et refl\u00e8te la tendance croissante au renforcement de l'int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n
