Frank Emmanuel Biya a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 chef des forces arm\u00e9es. \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9cret indique un \u00e9largissement de son r\u00f4le, stipulant : \u201c Le vice-pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M. Frank Emmanuel Biya, a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense de la R\u00e9publique du Cameroun. \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Citant des dispositions constitutionnelles et des lois sur la d\u00e9fense, la pr\u00e9sidence a indiqu\u00e9 que les nominations avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment aux \u201c exigences du service \u201d, ajoutant que le d\u00e9cret \u201c sera enregistr\u00e9 et publi\u00e9 selon des proc\u00e9dures acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es et inclus dans le Journal officiel \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">La performance de Bia pour le Y\u00e9men constitutionnel<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision intervient plusieurs mois apr\u00e8s l&#039;investiture de Biya, 92 ans, pour un huiti\u00e8me mandat sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent \u00e0 la suite d&#039;une \u00e9lection controvers\u00e9e qui a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 des manifestations \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle nationale et un examen international.<\/p>\n<p>Biya a recueilli 541\u00a0000 voix lors de l&#039;\u00e9lection, devan\u00e7ant le candidat de l&#039;opposition, Issa Tchiroma Bakari, qui a obtenu 351\u00a0000 voix. Tchiroma Bakari a rejet\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats, affirmant \u00eatre le vainqueur l\u00e9gitime et accusant les autorit\u00e9s de fraude \u00e9lectorale, all\u00e9gations que le gouvernement
