La deuxi\u00e8me journ\u00e9e de la cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Salon et de la Conf\u00e9rence m\u00e9dicale africaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par\u00abConf\u00e9rence ex\u00e9cutive sur la sant\u00e9 en Afrique 2026<\/a>\u00bb Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a pris une ampleur consid\u00e9rable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la participation de ministres, d'experts et de dirigeants du secteur de la sant\u00e9 de divers pays africains et internationaux, afin de discuter des m\u00e9canismes visant \u00e0 renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 sanitaire sur le continent et \u00e0 localiser les industries m\u00e9dicales et pharmaceutiques, sous le patronage du pr\u00e9sident Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, avec la participation de plus de 400 entreprises locales, r\u00e9gionales et internationales et une fr\u00e9quentation de plus de 45 000 visiteurs. \u00bb.<\/p>\n

En marge de la conf\u00e9rence, l'Autorit\u00e9 \u00e9gyptienne des m\u00e9dicaments a sign\u00e9 un protocole d'accord avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 britannique GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) pour coop\u00e9rer dans les domaines de la recherche et du d\u00e9veloppement et de la production de vaccins et de m\u00e9dicaments sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, notamment dans les domaines des maladies respiratoires, des tumeurs et de l'immunit\u00e9, en pr\u00e9sence du Dr Ali Al-Ghamrawi, pr\u00e9sident de l'Autorit\u00e9 \u00e9gyptienne des m\u00e9dicaments, et du Dr Adel Al-Adawi, ancien ministre de la Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Autorit\u00e9 unifi\u00e9e des achats\u00a0: La localisation de l\u2019industrie des vaccins est devenue une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Lors d'une session sur la pr\u00e9qualification aupr\u00e8s de l'Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9, le Dr Hisham Badr, vice-pr\u00e9sident de l'Autorit\u00e9 \u00e9gyptienne pour les achats group\u00e9s, a soulign\u00e9 que les perturbations et les changements mondiaux ont radicalement modifi\u00e9 les priorit\u00e9s sanitaires des pays, expliquant que le d\u00e9fi ne consiste plus seulement \u00e0 obtenir des vaccins, mais aussi \u00e0 avoir la capacit\u00e9 de les fabriquer localement et d'assurer leur disponibilit\u00e9 en cas de crise.<\/p>\n

Il a soulign\u00e9 que l'\u00c9tat \u00e9gyptien a plac\u00e9 la localisation de l'industrie vaccinale au sommet de ses priorit\u00e9s, ce qui a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer d'importants investissements \u00e9trangers gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la gouvernance et \u00e0 la transparence du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 \u00e9gyptien.<\/p>\n

Nouveaux protocoles d'entente dans les secteurs pharmaceutique et du tourisme m\u00e9dical<\/strong><\/h2>\n

La conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'occasion de la signature de plusieurs protocoles d'accord entre la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des \u00e9tudiants en pharmacie \u2013 Bureau du Moyen-Orient, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des h\u00f4pitaux arabes, le Conseil mondial du tourisme m\u00e9dical et Intervia International, dans le cadre des pr\u00e9paratifs du Forum annuel des pharmaciens du Moyen-Orient et afin de renforcer la coop\u00e9ration dans les domaines du tourisme m\u00e9dical et du d\u00e9veloppement professionnel.<\/p>\n

Le groupe Cleopatra Hospitals a \u00e9galement sign\u00e9 un protocole d'accord avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mondiale \u201c AbbVie \u201d dans le but d'am\u00e9liorer le parcours de soins des patients et de fournir des solutions de traitement innovantes, une initiative qui renforce la coop\u00e9ration entre les secteurs m\u00e9dical et pharmaceutique.<\/p>\n

Le Conseil supr\u00eame d'accr\u00e9ditation examine ses succ\u00e8s internationaux<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Lors d'une session sp\u00e9ciale organis\u00e9e par le Conseil supr\u00eame d'accr\u00e9ditation, l'ing\u00e9nieur Mohammed Hassan, directeur ex\u00e9cutif du Conseil national d'accr\u00e9ditation, a pass\u00e9 en revue les progr\u00e8s du Conseil en mati\u00e8re d'obtention d'accr\u00e9ditations et de reconnaissances r\u00e9gionales et internationales, soulignant que le Conseil poss\u00e8de d\u00e9sormais le plus large champ d'accr\u00e9ditation au monde dans 13 domaines diff\u00e9rents, ses activit\u00e9s s'\u00e9tendant \u00e0 environ 24 pays.<\/p>\n

L'intelligence artificielle et la pr\u00e9vention sont au c\u0153ur des d\u00e9bats en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

La session \u00ab Du d\u00e9pistage \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention \u00bb a abord\u00e9 l\u2019importance du d\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9coce, des soins de sant\u00e9 primaires et de l\u2019exploitation des donn\u00e9es et de l\u2019intelligence artificielle pour b\u00e2tir des communaut\u00e9s plus saines et plus durables, tout en passant en revue l\u2019exp\u00e9rience russe en mati\u00e8re de m\u00e9decine pr\u00e9ventive et de programmes de d\u00e9pistage p\u00e9riodique pour la population.<\/p>\n

Les sessions de formation en soins infirmiers ont \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re les d\u00e9fis mondiaux auxquels la profession est confront\u00e9e, notamment la p\u00e9nurie de ressources humaines, tout en soulignant l'importance d'utiliser les technologies d'intelligence artificielle pour soutenir les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des services m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9monstrations en direct des derni\u00e8res technologies de traitement du cancer de la prostate par laser et robotique<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Les sessions d'urologie ont permis la transmission en direct de proc\u00e9dures chirurgicales avanc\u00e9es pour le traitement de l'hypertrophie et du cancer de la prostate, notamment la technique de r\u00e9section laser locale guid\u00e9e par l'image, ainsi que la pr\u00e9sentation des derni\u00e8res applications de la chirurgie robotique dans l'ablation de la prostate, avec la participation d'un groupe restreint d'experts \u00e9gyptiens et internationaux.<\/p>\n

Des sessions sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es ont abord\u00e9 l'avenir de la lutte contre le cancer en Afrique, au cours desquelles AstraZeneca a pass\u00e9 en revue les efforts de l'Initiative de soins aux patients atteints de cancer en Afrique, ainsi que le r\u00f4le des initiatives pr\u00e9sidentielles \u00e9gyptiennes dans le d\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9coce des tumeurs, en particulier du cancer du sein.<\/p>\n

Une session sp\u00e9ciale a \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 les moyens d'am\u00e9liorer l'acc\u00e8s durable au traitement pour les patients atteints de thalass\u00e9mie (an\u00e9mie m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne) et a examin\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de l'initiative de d\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9nuptial, qui a permis de d\u00e9pister avec succ\u00e8s plus de 5 millions de citoyens depuis son lancement en 2023.<\/p>\n

Concernant le dossier de l'h\u00e9mophilie, des repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement et du secteur de la sant\u00e9 ont confirm\u00e9 que les patients h\u00e9mophiles sont prioritaires dans les plans de traitement et la couverture d'assurance, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une coop\u00e9ration continue entre l'\u00c9tat et les entreprises pharmaceutiques afin de garantir la mise \u00e0 disposition des traitements les plus r\u00e9cents.<\/p>\n

Une seule sant\u00e9 et lutte contre le changement climatique<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Une session sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e a \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 les effets du changement climatique sur la sant\u00e9 publique et la propagation des maladies en Afrique, avec la pr\u00e9sentation d'une initiative visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une plateforme r\u00e9gionale pour coordonner les efforts en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de climat selon le concept \u201c Une seule sant\u00e9 \u201d, qui relie la sant\u00e9 humaine, animale et environnementale.<\/p>\n
