Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&#039;acc\u00e8s aux services publics prioritaires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un portail national unifi\u00e9, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le recours aux proc\u00e9dures administratives traditionnelles et am\u00e9liorant la satisfaction des usagers.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00eame source indique que, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des m\u00e9canismes de partage des risques soutenus par le gouvernement, le programme devrait mobiliser environ 200 millions de dollars de capitaux priv\u00e9s pour financer des start-ups et num\u00e9riser les petites et moyennes entreprises.<\/p>\n<p><img
