T\u00e9moignant de son int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour les questions d'emploi et de d\u00e9veloppement social, le Tchad a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce travail. Le cours <\/a>La 42e session extraordinaire du Conseil d\u2019administration du Centre r\u00e9gional africain d\u2019administration du travail, tenue \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve (Suisse) en marge de la 114e session de la Conf\u00e9rence internationale du Travail.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation tchadienne \u00e9tait dirig\u00e9e par le ministre de la Fonction publique et du Dialogue social, Abdoulaye Ambado Mbami, avec la participation du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du D\u00e9partement du travail, Mahmoud Mohamed, et du directeur de l'Agence nationale pour la promotion de l'emploi, Nasr Eddine Abakar Kisso, affirmant clairement la volont\u00e9 de N'Djamena de suivre le rythme des efforts africains visant \u00e0 moderniser les politiques du travail et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les perspectives d'emploi.<\/p>\n

Discussion des dossiers strat\u00e9giques pour l'avenir du march\u00e9 du travail<\/h2>\n

La r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'occasion de discussions approfondies sur un certain nombre de questions institutionnelles et organisationnelles concernant l'avenir du centre et son r\u00f4le sur le continent africain.<\/p>\n

Les membres du Conseil ont examin\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la mise en \u0153uvre des d\u00e9cisions et recommandations \u00e9mises lors de la session pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, et ont approuv\u00e9 le budget allou\u00e9 pour 2026 afin d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 des programmes et initiatives visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le secteur du travail.<\/p>\n

Les participants ont \u00e9galement discut\u00e9 du projet de r\u00e9vision du syst\u00e8me de base et de la structure organisationnelle du centre, dans le cadre des efforts visant \u00e0 moderniser les m\u00e9canismes de travail et \u00e0 accro\u00eetre l'efficacit\u00e9 des performances institutionnelles, en phase avec les transformations \u00e9conomiques et sociales en cours dans les pays africains.<\/p>\n

Promouvoir la formation professionnelle, la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement<\/h2>\n

Les discussions ont \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur les moyens de d\u00e9velopper le r\u00f4le du centre dans les domaines de la formation professionnelle et de la recherche scientifique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e sur les questions de travail et d'emploi.<\/p>\n

De nouveaux m\u00e9canismes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s afin d'\u00e9largir les programmes de formation et de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, ainsi que d'am\u00e9liorer l'\u00e9change d'exp\u00e9riences entre les \u00c9tats membres, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 accro\u00eetre l'efficacit\u00e9 des ressources humaines et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le fonctionnement des institutions de travail.<\/p>\n

Le conseil a \u00e9galement envisag\u00e9 de nommer des fonctionnaires pour pourvoir un certain nombre de postes vacants au sein de ses structures administratives, dans le but d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s et d\u2019atteindre les objectifs strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n

L'engagement de Chad \u00e0 soutenir la gouvernance et les op\u00e9rations<\/h2>\n

La participation du Tchad \u00e0 ces r\u00e9unions s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de ses efforts visant \u00e0 renforcer la coop\u00e9ration africaine dans les domaines du travail, de l\u2019emploi et de la protection sociale, et \u00e0 consolider les principes de bonne gouvernance au sein des institutions concern\u00e9es par le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n

Le Centre r\u00e9gional africain pour l'administration du travail est l'une des principales institutions sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le soutien aux politiques d'emploi et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale sur le continent. Il joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la pr\u00e9paration de recherches, la mise en \u0153uvre de programmes de formation et l'\u00e9change d'exp\u00e9riences entre les \u00c9tats membres, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques et sociaux et \u00e0 parvenir \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement plus durable et inclusif en Afrique.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
