s&#039;aggrave au Mozambique, en \u00c9thiopie et au Burundi<\/h2>\n<p>Au Mozambique, en \u00c9thiopie et au Burundi, se dessinent les contours d&#039;une crise grandissante qui menace les transports, les cha\u00eenes d&#039;approvisionnement et les activit\u00e9s commerciales, au moment m\u00eame o\u00f9 les march\u00e9s subissent les r\u00e9percussions des perturbations des routes commerciales mondiales et des approvisionnements \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Face aux craintes croissantes que la crise ne dure plus longtemps, l&#039;attention se porte sur la capacit\u00e9 des gouvernements \u00e0 garantir leur approvisionnement en carburant et \u00e0 \u00e9viter des r\u00e9percussions qui pourraient s&#039;\u00e9tendre \u00e0 divers secteurs \u00e9conomiques et sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs pays ont signal\u00e9 des p\u00e9nuries de carburant et de longues files d&#039;attente aux stations-service, en raison des perturbations des cha\u00eenes d&#039;approvisionnement r\u00e9sultant du conflit en cours au Moyen-Orient et des troubles le long des principales autoroutes internationales.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 1368px\" class=\"wp-caption avec de longues files d&#039;attente aux stations-service et des perturbations signal\u00e9es dans des villes comme Maputo.<\/p>\n<p>En Afrique de l&#039;Est, la crise a \u00e9galement entra\u00een\u00e9 une hausse des prix du carburant au Rwanda, en Tanzanie, en Ouganda et en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, m\u00eame si le Kenya conserve des approvisionnements dans le cadre d&#039;un accord d&#039;importation de carburant entre ses deux gouvernements.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre des Finances, John Mbade, a averti les Kenyans de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 une crise prolong\u00e9e, affirmant que la guerre au Moyen-Orient avait contraint les march\u00e9s mondiaux \u00e0 rechercher des sources de carburant alternatives.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 931px\" importante de l&#039;approvisionnement mondial en carburant et demeure une source majeure pour les march\u00e9s africains, ce qui signifie que les perturbations pourraient se propager rapidement \u00e0 travers les \u00e9conomies.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impact a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement grave en \u00c9thiopie, o\u00f9 les transports publics et priv\u00e9s de la capitale, Addis-Abeba, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 perturb\u00e9s par une p\u00e9nurie de diesel qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une diminution de la disponibilit\u00e9 quotidienne de ce carburant, laissant des v\u00e9hicules immobilis\u00e9s pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes.<\/p>\n<p>Le Burundi a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9 par ce que les autorit\u00e9s ont d\u00e9crit comme une p\u00e9nurie de carburant sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, avec de longues files d&#039;attente signal\u00e9es aux stations-service de Bujumbura et des transports publics perturb\u00e9s, ralentissant l&#039;activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<h2>Contrats suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/h2>\n<p>Au Kenya, le gouvernement affirme avoir pris des mesures pour s\u00e9curiser les approvisionnements en passant des contrats avec des entreprises telles que la Compagnie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re nationale d&#039;Abu Dhabi, la Compagnie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re nationale des \u00c9mirats et Aramco afin de s&#039;approvisionner en carburant \u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Plus qu&#039;une crise temporaire<\/h2>\n<p>Face \u00e0 la pression constante exerc\u00e9e sur les march\u00e9s mondiaux de l&#039;\u00e9nergie et aux difficult\u00e9s croissantes li\u00e9es aux cha\u00eenes d&#039;approvisionnement, la crise des carburants au Mozambique, en \u00c9thiopie et au Burundi s&#039;annonce comme bien plus qu&#039;une simple crise passag\u00e8re. Les p\u00e9nuries persistantes, la hausse de la demande et le ralentissement des flux d&#039;approvisionnement mettent \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve la capacit\u00e9 de ces pays \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les
