The meeting addressed the objectives of the forum, which aims to enhance the role of African communities abroad in supporting development efforts, by encouraging investment, mobilizing talent, and building economic partnerships between African countries and their diaspora communities.

During the meeting, the Moroccan ambassador emphasized the Kingdom of Morocco’s interest in participating in this international event and its keenness to support initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation between African countries and their communities, in order to contribute to advancing joint development.

Both sides also praised the distinguished relations between the Republic of Mali and the Kingdom of Morocco, and the prospects for developing bilateral cooperation in various fields, stressing that the forum represents an important platform for promoting dialogue and exchanging experiences between governments, economic actors and African communities.
