The President of the Republic of Congo, Denis Sassou Nguesso, stressed the importance of strengthening joint cooperation with the Gulf States during this stage.
He also affirmed his support for the Gulf Arab states, in light of the current escalation in the region, according to Sky News Arabia.
Supporting stability and restoring peace.
Nguesso pointed out that the challenges facing the region will not hinder the path of cooperation, but rather reinforce the need for balanced partnerships that contribute to supporting stability and restoring peace.
He expressed his aspiration to expand the horizons of partnership with the Gulf countries, especially the United Arab Emirates, noting his previous visits to a number of countries in the region and his constant endeavor to conclude cooperation agreements based on mutual interests.
He revealed that his country had already signed cooperation agreements with the UAE, based on the principle of mutual benefit, given the great potential that both sides possess which can be used to support development.
