أعلنت الخطوط الجوية الإثيوبية، تسلّم أول طائرة من أصل طائرتين جديدتين من طراز DHC-6 التوأم أوتر كلاسيك 300-G من شركة دي هافيلاند كندا، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز الربط الجوي الإقليمي وتوسيع نطاق الخدمات الجوية المتخصصة.

وكشفت أن الطائرة الجديدة تتميز بقدرات تشغيلية عالية ومرونة كبيرة، ما سيمكن الناقلة الإثيوبية من دعم الأنشطة السياحية، وتنفيذ المسوحات الجوية، وتقديم خدمات الإسعاف الجوي، إلى جانب تلبية احتياجات أسواق متنوعة بكفاءة وموثوقية أكبر.
وأكدت الخطوط الجوية الإثيوبية أن إضافة هذه الطائرات إلى أسطولها تعكس التزامها بتطوير خدمات النقل الجوي وتعزيز الوصول إلى المناطق الإقليمية والنائية، بما يدعم النمو الاقتصادي والسياحي في مختلف الوجهات.
