The training included a simulation of an emergency fire scenario, which allowed employees to learn about safe evacuation procedures, assembly points, and appropriate response mechanisms in such cases, ensuring an organized and rapid evacuation without risks.

The exercise also helped in assessing the efficiency of emergency response systems within the ministry, while emphasizing the importance of vigilance, security awareness and adherence to approved protocols in emergency situations.

The training was organized by a committee headed by Ms. Justina Meretti, the department director, who stressed the importance of conducting such training periodically to establish a culture of preparedness within the work environment, explaining that it helps employees understand their roles during emergencies and contributes to reducing risks and protecting lives and property.

This training comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to comply with occupational safety and health requirements, and to promote a safe and flexible work environment for all employees, while continuing to commit to implementing periodic training programs to ensure that employees are ready to deal with any potential emergencies.
